Why flat price, not per-seat
Per-seat pricing assumes every teammate will touch the tool. For subscription tracking, that's rarely true. One person adds the entries; the rest glance at the dashboard when a renewal email lands. A 20-person team shouldn't pay 20× what a solo operator pays for a tool only the finance lead opens weekly. The price stays the same whether CostLens runs on your machine alone or you hand the keys to two teammates.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades keep you on Pro until the end of the current billing cycle, then drop you to Free without deleting anything.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
Your data stays. The app keeps the oldest 3 subscriptions active and hides the rest until you upgrade again. Nothing gets deleted.
Do you have a team or enterprise plan?
Email [email protected] with your team size and what you need — extra seats, SSO, audit logs, custom retention — and we'll put something together for you.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. $108 a year, billed once. That's $9 a month, 25% cheaper than monthly.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits, students, or solo founders?
Not formally. If you're running a nonprofit or you're on a student budget, email [email protected] and we'll sort something out.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe handles billing. Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe Checkout. No invoicing yet.
Can I get a refund?
If you upgrade and regret it within 14 days, email [email protected] for a refund. No hoops.
